Pilates group classes

Small group classes of Pilates Fitness every monday morning at 10hr in Bouchillon and thursday at 10.30 in Nyon

These classes include supervised modifications for every participant.

We use Pilates exercises as a foundation and strengthening and toning exercises for the upper

body (Arms, Chest and Back), the lower body (Legs and Buttocks) and of course the core of your

body (Abdominals and Lower Back).

 

For those who love the team spirit these are small group classes very motivating and fun with

rapid results.
